How Ivyfix does not use this information

We may disclose your Personal Data where it is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of Ivyfix, to comply with a legal obligation, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect against legal liability.

We have the ability to keep your personal information safe by using certain features and algorithms. We may use third party algorithms to undertake these actions. We will not take responsibility in the case where these third party algorithms fails to execute in accordance with their policy. In such case we will carry out reasonable investigations to resolve the issue or change the provider of such algorithms entirely. Please note that after completion of a purchase or refund transaction, your private information will not be stored in our servers.

Children’s Privacy. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We require all our site visitors to be 18 years old or over on the day of visiting our site. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18, even with their consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers, immediately.
